Weekend Snapshots (clockwise from left)…

|1| I stopped at Bloomies on the way back from lunch only to find a Nespresso bar nestled up in front of the store. I love my multi-functional coffee machine so much & have been looking for somewhere to store my capsules while making sure not to compromise my decor. It wasn’t easy but I finally decided to take this ceramic bowl home with me & couldn’t be happier with how it looks on the counter top!

|2| Frank and I wanted something semi-healthy for dinner so we gave Local Root Cafe a shot. Thankfully it’s a block away from our place because it’s delish! Everything is locally grown & they source where all their food comes from. Why can’t every place do this? I will be adding them to my City Eats page  

|3| Before heading to the burbs Saturday to spend time with some friends I found my old glasses from a Halloween costume 4 years ago. Who knew that these things would come back in style? I will be buying this pair soon!

|4| Wowie…I honestly don’t even know where to begin explaining lunch at the Tortoise Club. I think you just have to go find out yourself! First time I had foie gras & surprisingly I loved it!

|5| Spotted. This super cute blackboard that lists all of the recent & upcoming Chicago plays. Book of Mormon? Check! The rest are on my To Do’s!
